Remember who the real enemy is. - A line from Catching Fire of the Hunger Games movie series
We all need to remember who the real enemy is. Some have no clue, some go far too deep and come up with all sorts of world-wide cabals and stuff. Most all of us fall prey to the many distractions the enemy throws at us to keep us from identifying who the real enemy is.
In Catching Fire, the real enemy engineered the games with a battle to the death among 24 combatants. 23 people trying to kill you. Now that is one powerful distraction. It is difficult to see that the real enemy is the one who engineered this contest when you have 23 people looking to kill you so they can survive.
But we need to remain focused on who the real enemy is and work to win the war to defeat that enemy. It’s very difficult at times, especially when every distraction is a new battle and our human nature urges us to win the battle.
In chess, one sacrifices pieces to win the game. In war, one must sacrifice, even decide to lose a battle in order to win the war.
The ultimate enemy may be some world-wide organization but we need to save our country for their clutches first so we have a base to operate from, so our practical real enemy is the growing tyranny within our federal government.
Any violent war will result in overwhelming violence upon us, both from internal and external forces.
The only way to defeat that enemy is with a Convention of States, the non-violent constitutional way for We the People to regain control over our government, our country and our freedoms.
