Welcome patriots! I'm Tom Ward. Supporter and volunteer for the Convention of States in Wisconsin. I am a State Information Analyst, I do computer stuff. I'm also a District Captain and the State Communications Coordinator. It's a very fulfilling position, or set of positions.

I am also a Java programmer and website developer. I work from home.
