Mask tyranny...By design or by idiocy?

I’m supposed to be educating people about the U.S. Constitution and about the Convention of States, the plan to save America but instead I find myself writing about Covid-19.

From everything I can find, the symptoms of this virus are like that of a flu. And even with wide spread testing, the infection rate is less than 2%. The death rate is less than 0.06%.

And that’s nationally. In Wisconsin it is even more innocuous, 1.32% infection rate with a 0.019% death rate. This is our big emergency? This is what warranted shutting down the economy for a time? This is why our lives are restricted? This is why our children are made to wear masks?

Did you know that children under the age of 18 are almost impervious to this impotent virus?

Why are we, as a nation, so afraid of what amounts to another flu bug? Yes, it is a virus. A virus of the Corona type which is also the family of the common cold viruses. And very few people wear masks to try and prevent the cold.

Here’s something else: The virus is 0.12 microns in size, the N95 mask filters to 0.3 microns. Surgical masks range in filtration size from 19 to 146 microns and cloth masks range in filter size from 80 up to 500 microns in size. If everyone wore N95 masks there would be a chance of stopping the virus as it binds to water molecules to stay alive. Surgical masks are not approved to stop the spread of the virus and…well you can read.

And cloth or surgical masks are what governors are suggesting or mandating that the people wear. This just proves one of two things: this pandemic is politically induced and maintained or that governors and those giving them advice are idiots.

I’m not crazy about either option…tyranny by design or tyranny by idiocy.
